“No brag. Just fact!” When we get a taste of the resurrection power of God that has been lying dormant on the inside of us, we won't be so willing to wilt at the first sign of trouble. But we will have a justified confidence in God.
While most of us, in public, are quick to say that we believe whatever God says in His Word, we don't, in private, act much like we believe it. And God’s promises become only a collection of words in our brain. As long as we are caught up in small-minded thinking, we will believe that the problems we face can only be handled by somebody else with the right equipment—but not by us. God, however, is reminding us that we are very well equipped (in cooperation with Him) to handle whatever comes against us!

The advantage of running your own personal health and wellness program, through the Word of God, is most obvious when you wake up to a symptom in the middle of the night. You can just bring the appropriate Word to your mind, listen for any special instructions from God, and then just pray the thing away.

It's certainly impossible to hang on to envy and hatred when we experience the holiness of God. It's hard enough to stand upright when we experience even a measure of His holiness, let alone hang on to anything that's not of Him.
Knowing what is better is not the same as doing what is better. To do what is better requires motivation, and motivation comes from understanding the true consequences of following our own agenda. But we simply don't realize the lasting effects on our physical bodies—from either hating or envying those folks who appear to be getting away with anything and everything. God, however, does a better job of defending us than we do defending ourselves.
We all have a dream home where we want to live life in. We can picture what it looks like and all that we want to do in it. Well God's has a dream home and He wants to reveal it to you.

Can you agree that every one of us is guilty of rattling off religious one‐liners just for the sake of appearance? While we might be able to fool other people into believing the show we put on, maybe it would be in our best interest to be a little more transparent with God. Maybe we need to admit that the path we’ve chosen on our own is far more treacherous than walking with Him—walking where He directs us.
