The television show ‘What Would You Do?’ is a hidden camera program hosted by John Qui'ones. The popular show is notable for putting strangers in difficult situations and then recording their reactions. You can never predict how someone will respond from episode to episode. Sometimes, there is anger while other times you may see people wiping away a tear. Many of the episodes are inspired by real life events or news stories. And that’s exactly what is happening in today’s clip from ‘What Would You Do?” Actors are placed inside a restaurant to see how people will respond to a deaf man discriminated by a rude waiter. Deaf actor and advocate Nyle DiMarco joins John behind the scenes to share his unique perspective. One man poses as a customer while another actor plays the part of the waiter. While trying to order, the waiter continues to act irritated and impatient, much to the shock of fellow patrons. One by one strangers come to the aid of the diner and either help him with his order or defend him to the waiter. With tears in his eyes, one man said, “I don’t care who it was. You don’t treat someone like that.” It was truly heartwarming to watch so many people defend a complete stranger. It’s moments that like that truly restore my faith in humanity. Don’t you agree?

God can open doors that you didn´t even knock on. Through the Bible we need to learn.
How many times is Jesus going to come back, and what happens when He does? What major event happened at the Cross which many people know nothing about? In the final analysis, what is the difference between an atheist who doesn’t believe the Bible and doesn’t read it – and a Christian who does believe the Bible and doesn’t read it?

'Take Me Home, Country Roads' The Booth Brothers

The Booth Brothers perform an incredible rendition of ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’ that will truly transport you back in time. This classic song was written by John Denver back in 1971. It became an instant hit for Denver. The entire tune is an ode to the great state of West Virginia. “Almost heaven, West Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River Life is old there, older than the trees Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze” Almost everyone knows these nostalgic lyrics. The words of the song paint a picture of a simpler time where back roads and long scenic views were all we needed. Nowadays, everyone in the world seems to always be in a hurry. People move from one place to the next without taking time to pause and reflect on their surroundings. There’s something about open fields and dirt roads that allow us to stop and truly take in the beauty that God has created. “Country roads, take me home To the place I belong West Virginia, mountain mama Take me home, country roads” Today, the gospel trio of The Booth Brothers are putting their own spin on this classic song. For years, this gospel trio has lead worship with beautiful original songs and soul-filled covers. Now, they are at the Gaither Studios for a live rendition of ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads.’ This is just the dose of country nostalgia that I needed today. Who else is going way back with this classic John Denver song?

Simon Stops Teen Singer Ansley Burns For A Second Time On AGT

Energetic singer Ansley Burns gets another second chance after Simon Cowell stops her audition on America’s Got Talent. Ansley is a small-town teen from Easley, South Carolina. During her first audition, we learned that she has always dreamed of singing on the big stage. But when she was stopped midway through her performance of ‘Think’ from Aretha Franklin, her dreams almost ended right there. Judge Simon had issues with the backing track. He said the track was horrible and clouded Ansley’s singing. That’s when he asked the young girl to sing a cappella and her talented vocals truly shined through. Now, Ansley is back for another performance and, this time, she’s taking on ‘Good Girl’ from Carrie Underwood. But history seemed to repeat itself as Ansley barely got to the chorus when we see Simon raise his hand to pause the music. He, once again, thought that the backing track was too overpowering. “Can you just do the second half of the song a cappella and make it your version?” Without hesitation, Ansley belted out the country lyrics. After the song, the small-town cutie earned a thunder of applause. Guest judge Ellie Kemper said, “I cannot believe the voice that comes out of you. And, to perform what you just did under this amount of pressure, to me is astounding.” This incredible performance was enough to land the young singer a wild card spot in the quarterfinals of the competition. Do you think Ansley Burns has what it takes to win America’s Got Talent?
