Because mamas know, they know that warmth is more than fur and fat—it’s presence. It’s letting the little ones climb all over you, sink into your side, and feel the steady, unfailing love that says, I’m here. I’ve got you. You are mine.

Wildlife photographer Drew Hamilton, who posted the video on Feb. 4, simply captioned it: Kisses. Moms understand. And isn’t that the truth? Whether in a den of snow or a house full of legos and laundry, moms everywhere recognize that language of love—the squeeze, the nuzzle, the “I’ll always be your safe place” kind of hug.

The internet, of course, couldn’t bear the sweetness. Viewers flooded the comments, calling it “heart-melting” and “completely adorable.” Because in a world that can feel cold, moments like these remind us—that love is the warmest thing of all.

Because of their kind and loving nature, animals often make great companions, especially for lonely people who need a friend. Many hospitals and nursing homes use animals to bring smiles to their patients’ faces. Typically, the animal used to bring about and spread happiness is a dog or a cat, which makes perfect sense given how much those specific animals are around humans.

However, a clip posted on social media shows one nursing facility in Australia used a very different and much bigger animal to bring happiness to residents. The precious video shows Teddy, the horse, gently resting its face on an elderly woman’s shoulder.

It’s clear that if the woman wanted Teddy to stay there for five minutes or five hours, the animal would have been content to do just that. The sweet horse seemed to understand exactly what the woman needed. The kindness, love, compassion and empathy the horse demonstrated in that moment for the elderly woman is touching and moving.

The clip’s description adds that the interaction captured in the 32-second video “brought us to tears.” I’m sure that will do the same to nearly everyone else who views the tender, loving moment between the woman and the horse. How could you not tear up?

According to Tuna’s owners, she will walk in circles, roll over, brush up against the wall and perform something called “the tail helicopter.” All of Tuna’s patented moves must be highly successful; the video shows one delivery driver after another kneeling to pet and interact with the friendly, attention-seeking cat.

Animals are intelligent and resourceful. They know how to get what they want when they want it.

Two alpacas melt hearts at a nursing home with their sweet, gentle presence. In what would be a shocking scene to most people, the animals visit residents at a nursing home and spread cheer and happiness. Aging is a process shunned and detested by most people. However, despite the general feeling toward getting older, it’s something that no one can stop. The animal swiftly moves its feet up and down, beating on the drum. Astonishingly, the duck finds and then keeps the rhythm with its fellow drummers throughout the clip.

Animals never cease to amaze us; this video is yet another bright, shining example of that. Who would have thought that ducks could ever play the drums?

However, one definite drawback to technology's constant improvement is our increased reliance on it. Anytime the internet goes down for any amount of time, people inevitably have a meltdown. They lose their minds. Due to how some individuals respond to any internet outage, you’re likely left thinking and questioning how this person survived and functioned in a world without Google or Facebook.

It was just an ordinary afternoon—until their owner walked into the living room and found a sight too precious for words. Sprawled across the couch were the unlikeliest of best friends: a dog and a tabby cat, lost in their own little world of snuggles and soft pats.

At first, it was all gentle taps—tiny, careful paws reaching out in what looked like a slow-motion game of patty cake. One fan added, “I’ve never seen a cat and a dog so easily communicate to each other that they love each other and they both actually understand it.” Another said, “Biscuits and cobbing, a love of epic proportions indeed!” 

If love had a language, this was it. No barking, no meowing—just quiet companionship wrapped in fur and warmth.

Eventually, the biscuit-making slowed, the head nudges turned into a cozy sprawl, and before long, the two were curled up together, completely at peace. The big pup let out a deep sigh, resting his big fluffy head against the cat’s head with a few quick licks while the tabby stretched just enough to enjoy the attention

And then, as if they had been doing this for years, they got comfortable on the couch, no doubt getting ready for a long afternoon snooze. Because sometimes, love is as simple as a cat, a dog, and a couch big enough for two.

However, the only problem with the animal’s chosen activity is that they are in an enclosed, confined space. They are quickly approaching the barrier, which keeps them in that area. The horse being chased is still moving at a high rate of speed as it barrels toward the fence.

With only feet until it hits the fence, the miniature horse puts on the brakes. At this point, disaster is an assured outcome, right? The horse is going to slam into the fence and sustain an injury of some kind. But that is not the case; the horse slides and is amazingly able to stop mere inches from hitting the fence.

The video starts with the husky sweetly and gently laying its head on a pregnant woman’s stomach. The animal seems to know and understand that she is carrying a precious little one, a gift from the Lord above.
 
The next several sequences in the video show the husky lying right next to the baby, attentively and lovingly looking after the baby. That canine would not let any harm come to that child, likely stepping in and giving up its life if it would have ever come to that point.
 
At one point, a man, likely the child’s father, reaches over to touch the child and the husky essentially tries to stop him, pushing his hand away from the little one. She doesn’t want any harm to come to the child.
 
Eventually, the video ends with the child walking and playing doctor and giving the husky a check-up. But while both – the child and the dog – get older, the love and deep bond between them remains the same.
 
God certainly knew what He was doing when he placed dogs on the Earth. Some may even go so far as to say that we do not deserve dogs.

In addition to football, Americans love and adore cute, furry, four-legged critters. What’s not to love about dogs, cats, puppies and kittens? Some could even argue that cute, cuddly felines and canines top the list when it comes to what Americans love most.

So, knowing how much so many people love football and cute, cuddly animals, one television event combines both of those things into the most adorable, heartwarming game you’ve ever seen. It’s the 3rd annual “Great American Rescue Bowl.”

The Great American Rescue Bowl is a two-hour special scheduled to air on Great American Family on Sunday, February 9, from 12 to 2 p.m. Sunday’s game will feature the highly anticipated match-up of The Sweetie Pies and The Totally Take Me Homes.

Those dogs and cats will compete against one another for the big win and for your hearts as they are all hoping for a furever, loving home.

A child’s sweet effort to feed the cats doesn’t go as planned. The young man understood that the felines were out of food and tried to fulfill their need, but he encountered a problem. Watch the video to see the little guy try to help the cats, but his effort falls just a little short.

Most people adore animals. Even individuals who do not currently have pets still love and appreciate those cute, furry, four-legged creatures. They are loving, loyal and dependable, making for some of the best friends you’ve ever had. How could you not love them?

While animals are great and a joy, they can also be a lot of work. Every animal, regardless of its size, requires several things. They need and deserve plenty of attention, some more than others. Someone will also have to clean up after the animal regularly. Finally, they will need to be fed consistently.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a young man is trying to be helpful and fulfill one of the animals' necessary, basic needs. The video begins with the 14-month-old having noticed the empty food bowls and approaching the cabinet where the cats’ food is stored. As the child opens the cabinet and momentarily disappears while searching for the food, the two cats meow and meow, letting the youngster know of their need.

After a few moments, the little guy reappears. He now has the cat food box and begins approaching the cats’ food bowl. Everything is going according to plan, and things are looking good at this point.

However, the cats are soon disappointed after the child reaches the first food bowl. While the child wants to be helpful and feed his feline pals, he forgets one crucial step: opening the food box before pouring it.

A pup has a hilarious tactic to get its owner up and out of bed. The canine’s method of getting what it wants is also a little violent but is likely 100 percent effective. Watch the short but hilarious video to see and hear what the animal does to help give its owner that little push out of bed.

Animals are special, unique and often adorable creatures. They make for wonderful friends and companions. Those cute, furry, four-legged critters are some of the most loving, loyal and dependable beings you’ll encounter on Earth. Every pet owner will, without a doubt, wholeheartedly agree with all the above statements.

However, animals are also reasonably intelligent, much more than they are often given credit for. Dogs and cats can and do pick up on our habits and routines, learning what we are likely to do and when. Additionally, those four-legged creatures figure out ways to get what they want, especially if it means disrupting our routines and habits to get it.

In a clip posted on social media, a woman shows the hilarious and somewhat violent way her canine chooses to wake her up. Thankfully, in the clip, the woman is already awake and not in a dead sleep when the animal does its thing.

The woman is lying in bed as her black lab climbs into her bed behind her. But the animal does not arrive empty-handed. Held securely in its mouth, the dog carries what is most likely its food bowl. Once the dog has made its way into the woman’s bed, the dog throws its head back and then, as it comes forward, releases the bowl, letting it hit her in the head.

The animal wants her to get up out of bed and likely wants to be fed. The message was received loudly and clearly; you would not have to tell or hit me twice.

A fisherman received an adorable surprise as a sea otter presented him with a gift. The cute critter was apparently in the giving mood as the animal left the unexpected gift for the man. Watch the video to see the precious moment. You’ll be glad you did!

Animals are much more intelligent than most people would like to admit. Every day, they seem to find ways to surprise and astonish us with their knowledge and know-how. The internet is full of videos that capture and perfectly illustrate the intelligence level of canines, felines, ducks, rabbits and many other animals. 

In addition to their intelligence, animals also seem able to experience and express empathy and kindness. How many videos have you seen where a dog or cat approaches someone in great distress and tries to offer them comfort? A short and incredibly cute clip posted on social media is another example of the love and kindness animals often show human beings.

The video starts with the sea otter swimming near a deck. It moves back and forth effortlessly, showing off its skills and ability in the water. As the adorable creature moves about in the water, it does so while holding what appears to be a rock in its front paws.

The man behind the camera speaks softly to the animal, asking, “What’s up, buddy? You got a little rock?”

Somehow, the critter seemed almost to understand the man standing on the dock. It then approached the dock and gently placed the rock on it, offering it to the man.

The man grabs his gift from the animal and taps it lightly on the dock as the animal swims nearby. Eventually, by the end of the 44-second clip, the sea otter returns to take back the rock it had just presented to the man.
