There is nothing that will make you smile quite like watching someone's dreams come true, especially when it comes in the form of a surprise. And these 15 surprises just made my whole day! Watching the joy come to people's faces after a reunion with a loved one, a surprise gift, or even meeting a grandbaby for the first time has me grinning from ear to ear! Wow!

Pastor Thomas McCracken recently received a call from the Department of Social Services asking him if he could conduct the funeral services for a deceased man with no family. The pastor accepted and took on the duties of executor of the estate. But when Pastor Tom went out to visit the man's home, he was heartbroken over the scene. He couldn't believe that a man in his own community was living in such horrible conditions. Now he's asking everyone to share this powerful video and help those around us that are in need.

When Cameron Nelson walked into his local Chick Fil A, he was surprised to find a young man with a neck brace and sling working behind the register. Jakeem Tyler was in a car accident but continued to come into work because he needed the money for Christmas and wanted to help feed the homeless. Cameron was so touched by this sentiment that he posted to Facebook about his experience and it went viral. Now people from all over are reaching out to help Cameron and his goal of helping the homeless. What an incredible blessing!

When 82-year-old Dan Peterson's wife passed away he felt there was nothing left to live for. He eventually fell into a deep depression that left him practically catatonic. But one day at the grocery store, this grumpy old man was flagged down by a 4-year-old girl named Norah. Norah wanted a hug and to tell this total stranger that is was her birthday. From that moment the two created a beautiful friendship. In fact, they still visit each other every week. And Dan knows that Norah is his own little angel that God sent him when he needed it the most.

Vandals ruined one woman's cheerful Christmas display when they ripped all of her outdoor inflatables. When neighbors heard what happened, they decided to bring back the Christmas spirit by replacing all of her decorations which brought so much joy to the community. And when you see how happy everyone is...what a blessing!

Poor Robin was abused by his previous owner. His diaphragm was broken and his inner organs were pushed in when this poor dog was kicked like a football. Thankfully, Robin was saved from this terrible situation and given the treatment he needed. Now he's thriving in his loving forever home!

When the brother of the groom was tasked with giving a speech at the wedding he decided to share his feelings through song. So he wrote this beautiful song 'This One Is' for his brother and new bride. The whole song is a beautiful testimony to growing up together and how he never thought anyone would be good enough for his brother until he met his wife. Get your tissues out for this emotional song!

During his travels, Rade Jovanović noticed a homeless woman with no shoes. As the weather gets colder, he knew he wanted to do something for this lady in need. That's when one day he knelt down on the train and presented the woman with her very own pair of sneakers. What a beautiful act of kindness!

This talented singer has an incredible voice. And when she decides to serenade her husky with Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You' you will be amazed. I just love watching these two together!

When Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson heard that one of Jimmy Fallon's producers, Karina, had a husband away on duty for a year and a half he wanted to plan a big homecoming surprise. So with some help from the Army, they arranged for her husband to come home in time for Christmas. And when you see Karina's reaction you'll be crying too! What an incredible surprise!

Brendon Gauthier is waiting patiently for news of his acceptance to Cornell University. And with the support of his classmates behind him, Brendon receives the incredible news that he's been accepted. I just love the reaction of his fellow classmates!

Alex never took off her storm trooper helmet at school. At first, her classmates and teachers seemed confused but thankfully her big brother provided comfort. All of those strange looks took an incredible turn one day when Alex walked into school to find her entire class wearing storm trooper masks like hers. It was then that she removed hers and you saw why she had been hiding the whole time.This brave fighter was brought to tears by this incredible gesture from her friends.

Bill Baldridge lost both legs in a drinking and driving accident 20 years ago and is learning to walk. In this video he falls and falls but shows that eventually hard work pays off.

Correct thinking requires a correct heart. The heart stores all the mind allows to be stored there. Out of the heart proceeds all sin, what we say results from what is stored in the heart. As we think in our hearts, so we are. We are responsible for what we think about. It doesn’t matter what we say, it matters what we do. We must allow God to take control of our thoughts. God places His peace in our hearts. We must enforce the truths that we believe. The proving process takes place every time we walk by faith during trials. Then God gives us peace that surpasses all understanding. We must continue to trust in the Lord with all our heart.

The woman was unimpressed because he modeled all the wrong traits, particularly desperation and a lack of self-respect.

Officer Travis Pierce of the Covington Police Department looks forward to participating in the Shop With A Cop program held each Christmas. Police officers pair up with a family in need and helps them pick out Christmas presents. This program has a special place in Officer Pierce's heart because at the age of 6, he lost his father in the line of duty. Because of this, young Officer Pierce was a participant in the program. It's so heartwarming to see him paying this act of kindness forward.

This abused wife was terrified when her husband locked their 3-year-old son in his room for 15 hours while he beat her. Unable to call for help, this woman took drastic measures and wrote a note on a package that was being picked up by UPS. When the delivery driver noticed the message, he called 911 and the police quickly arrived. Thank goodness for this man!

This dad wanted to remind us this Christmas to take time to be grateful for the gifts we are surrounded by each and every day. So he decided to wrap all of the things we should be grateful for in Christmas paper with big bows. And this comical but touching video is just what we all need to remember this Christmas season. What a great reminder about what to be thankful for!

Thanks to the staff at Rideout Memorial Hospital this owner was allowed to say one last goodbye to his beloved dog. I can't imagine the emotions in the hospital room during this tear-filled moment. I'm so glad these 2 got to see each other before this man departed the Earth. Prayers for the family during this heartbreaking time.
