Boy Learns That A Mother's Love Is Free After Demanding Money

There's no doubt that mothers go above and beyond for their children. The cost of a mother’s love is priceless and this video illustrates that point perfectly. Just watch as a young boy named James walks up to his mom with a piece of paper in hand. He hands her the note and she reads a list of all the things he did this week and priced them accordingly. From the look on her face, you can tell that this mother was shocked. All of the chores and tasks on his list came to a total of $10.45 and that's what he was asking from her. After she read the list, she folded it back in half. Then, she sat down right next to him, grabs his blue crayon, and started to make a list of her own. This mommy's list included when she carried him as a baby in her tummy for nine months and when she stayed up all night with him when he was sick. She included the toys she purchased for him, and even the night she cried over him. But unlike his list, next to every item she wrote, she let him know that there was no charge. Finally, James realizes all of the things she did for him was out of genuine love. He gives her a big hug and tells her that he loves him. Then he grabbed his crayon and wrote, “Paid in full” on his paper. This is such a sweet reminder that the most important things in life are priceless.

I just love how as soon as he hears that bus he runs as fast as he could. It is his daily routine and Savannah’s mother wanted to get all the cuteness on camera. As the school bus is approaching the house, Frog darts down the long driveway and these two share a great big hug. You can tell that this pair loves every second of this cute friendship. He coos as she cuddles and pets him. What a precious bond all caught on camera to cherish for years to come.

Firefighter Catches Kid Tossed From Burning Building

In Decatur, Georgia, firefighters were in for a dramatic night when a fire raged in an apartment building. As the crew arrived on scene, they found a family of eight children trapped in the burning building. The firefighters quickly scrambled to rescue the family. That's when the father tossed his toddler off a rescue ladder to the safety of the ground and crew below. Thankfully, Captain Scott Stroup was on scene and made a miraculous catch, saving the toddler's life. Captain Stroup twisted his knee during the catch, but that was a small price to pay to make a life-changing save. This terrifying moment was all caught on camera, but thankfully, there was a happy ending to this story. But this wasn't the only save during that dramatic life. Other firefighters helped save the entire family and their infant babies. I'm so glad these firefighters was in the right place at the right time and able to make an amazing rescue. I know the family is forever grateful to the entire crew for helping to save them during their time of need. Prayers for this family and many thanks to our heroes in the fire department!

Inspiring Duet For Loved One With Autism

Tommy Byrne is a talented musician and godfather to a sweet little girl. When a special song came to him one night, he knew the perfect person to help him finish it. So he went to see his goddaughter and together they created this amazing tune for his cousin, Anthony, and her brother. Anthony has Autism and this song is especially for him. This amazing boy is full of joy and smiles but he also struggles with things in the world that might seem perfectly normal to us. Tommy wanted to make sure that his cousin knew that he would always have people who support and love him by his side. No matter what struggle he faces, Anthony can stand up and be strong because everyone is rooting for him. The longer I listened to this song, the more emotion I began to feel. This is such a sweet song for a very special boy. It's obvious that Anthony has an amazing family by his side and the hope is that this song will inspire others with Autism and give them hope. What do you think of this powerful duet?

Forgotten Phone Leads Stranger To Woman With Cancer

Kevin McGeehan, like most of us, is never without his phone. Every Sunday, Kevin has a routine where he goes to the same coffee shop and gets his favorite coffee. But this one Sunday Kevin happened to forget his phone at home and didn’t realize it until he was standing in line. Normally, he would reach into his pocket, pull out his phone and start scrolling in his own little world while waiting for his coffee. But this day he was forced to just take in the world around him. It was then that he noticed the lady in front of him with a scarf on her head in a way that he had seen before, when his mom was battling cancer. Kevin thought back to the time when his mom called him because a total stranger had turned her day around. Kevin’s mom was at the library when all of sudden all of the pressure and fear boiled to the surface and she started to cry, all alone at the library. Out of nowhere, a hand touched her on the shoulder and told her it would all be okay. Then, that stranger took the time to sit down with her and talk her through it. It turns out that kind stranger had also gone through cancer and that one moment had given Kevin’s mom so much hope. In that moment, Kevin heard the woman in front of him confiding in the terribly busy barista. She sort of brushed the woman aside but Kevin knew this was his time to step up and help someone the way his mom was helped. So he started talking to the woman. And even though he was going to be late for work he took the time to listen. As they wrapped up their conversation Kevin told her it would all be okay and she told him how helpful it had been to just say it all out loud. It takes so little to impact someone’s life for the better. And if we all took the time to have one small conversation with a hurting stranger just think how much better the world would be.

Quadruplets Greet Their Dad In The Best Way

This dad always looks forward to coming home after a long day of work. And when you see the welcome he arrives to, you'll understand exactly why. Each day, his 11-month-old quadruplets greet him with so much love and excitement. Just watch as the quadruplets are playing on the floor with their toys when they hear a very familiar sound. They did not see his face yet, but they just knew that it was their daddy who was coming in the house. The four loving babies giggle and then race each other to the gate to be the first one to see Dad. And as soon as he rounds the corner, the excitement is written all over their face. They held on to the gate to stand up and try to reach for daddy and it's obvious that they love him so much. It is absolutely precious! Can you think of a better way to come home than to be greeted by four precious babies? Just imagine how fast they will run to him when they are old enough to walk!

God Saves Man After Mudslide Sweeps Him Away In Car

Desionne Franklin was caught in a terrifying situation during the recent mudslides in California. He was trapped in his vehicle when he felt a rumble followed by a loud rush of water. That's when his car was carried away by the water and he was dragged down a flooded road. The scary sight was all caught on camera and the clip immediately went viral. Now, Desionne is speaking out about his terrifying ordeal and how he is dealing with the aftermath. These mudslides are ripping through California and destroying everything in it's path. There has been so much loss through it all that I am so thankful Desionne was able to survive. I know he had to be so scared as he had no control over the vehicle as it rushed down the hill. But Desionne knew that God was with Him and would keep him safe. I can't even imagine being in that situation. I'm continuing to pray for anyone that has been affected by these horrible natural disasters.

What Should You Do When You Disagree With Your Spouse?

Sometimes in marriage, a disagreement will occur. This is one of those factors that you must work through together as a couple and how you handle the situation will greatly determine how the future goes. While everyone posts their happiest moments on social media, there are hardly any mentions of fights or struggles between couples. Because of this, some may feel that a disagreement is wrong or means they have a bad marriage. So, as Christians, what should we do when we disagree with our spouse? This is the topic that Pastor Todd Wagner from Watermark Community Church is discussing today. He takes a look at The Bible and what scripture says about marriage and disagreements. He even shares some stories from his own marriage and how he and his wife are able to move forward after disagreements. I love how he is able to take tough topics and break them down into words that we can all understand. This in-depth look into scripture will truly open your eyes to this topic. What do you think of Pastor Todd's discussion?

Couple Makes Handmade Wooden Crosses To Encourage Others

Rick and Jackie have huge hearts for spreading the word of God. As they grew in their faith, so did their love for helping people. Together, these two want to encourage others to cast their burdens on the Lord, and they are using handmade crosses to do that. It all started two years ago when they felt led by God to create what they call “Surrender Crosses.”

The surrender cross is a handmade cross that you can physically nail your burdens to that are written on a piece of paper. The purpose of the cross is for people to surrender their burdens and give Christ control over their circumstances. And this couple knows all about handing control over to Chris. Right when they felt called to start this mission, Rick was laid off from his job.

They have been praying for a while for God to close the doors that need to be shut, so when Rick lost his job they knew that RAD JOY was exactly what God was calling them to do.

Now, Rick has the time to fully dedicate himself to RAD JOY and that has filled this entire family with so much happiness. Even their children are involved in the business. The children write a virtue on a piece of paper and whenever their dad is finished with a cross, the family prays together over the virtue before sending it off.

Their prayer is that these wooden crosses will help people let go of all of their problems and feel the moment it is taken away. What an incredible mission!

Parking Lot Safety Tips With Children

Parking lots can be a major target for crimes such as theft and assault. Many people are distracted when they walk to their vehicle and may not be paying attention. This is even more true if you have young children that are demanding your time and attention. Despite these struggles, it's important to always keep safety at the forefront of your mind. Thankfully, the team at Pretty Loaded realized these struggles and decided to put together some safety tips that we should all remember. When you are walking to your vehicle, always be looking at the environment around you or for anything suspicious nearby. Another great tip is to load your groceries first and then your child. If someone were to grab your keys and drive off with your car, your child would not be inside. Being aware of your surroundings is so important and following these safety tips could truly save a life. Do you have any tips you'd like to add?

Homeless 8-Year-Old Gets Own Room

There is nothing like the joy on a child’s face when they are surprised with the thing they wanted most in the world. But often times, kids take basic necessities for granted and it becomes more and more difficult to make them happy. Then there are kids like 8-year-old Daeyrs. Daeyrs and his mom Dionna fell on hard times a while back. Dionna is a single mom and after losing her job it became impossible for the two to keep their home. For several years this mother and son moved from homeless shelter to homeless shelter trying to get back on their feet. Despite the hard times, Daeyrs kept up hope that one day he would have his dream of a room of his very own. Finally, Dionna was placed in housing and they did not have to worry about where to sleep anymore. Though the two were thrilled to be in a home, they didn’t have the means to furnish it and they were sleeping on a blow up mattress. But when a local charity heard about this family, they wanted to help. So one day this charity swept in and furnished the entire home, including a very special room for Daeyrs. As soon as this sweet boy saw his dream come true, the tears started flowing. Seeing the joy on his face is truly moving. We could all learn something about gratitude from Daeyrs. Our prayers are with this pair as they start their new journey!

Antique Find Moves Appraiser To Tears

When one woman found out that the popular 'Antiques Roadshow' was coming to her town, she knew she needed to bring her precious statue. Years ago, this lady's grandparents traveled all around China. They brought back a lot of goods and one of those items was a lion statue. The statue was passed down to her mother, and then the woman later inherited it. Little did she know that this wasn't just any normal statue, this was a rare, authentic Tang Dynasty Marble Lion. When the appraiser saw the lion, he could not believe his eyes! Once he confirmed that it was real, he shared history and all he knew about it with the lady. The appraiser was so stunned, that he began to tear up at how magnificent the handy work was. The appraiser always sees marble lions, but he has never seen anyone bring in a piece like the one from this lady. You cannot find this work of art anywhere else. It was only made during a specific time in history and have none have been created in the same way since. The family had no idea of this item's true value but now it holds even more significance for their family. What an incredible moment all caught on camera!

Unplugged Cover Of Billy Joel's 'She's Got A Way'

Chris Rupp rose to fame as an a cappella singing sensation in the group Home Free. Now, this talented singer is performing on his own and there's no doubt that he is an incredible musician and vocalist. His cover songs are always a delight and his amazing voice never ceases to amaze me. Just listen as he covers the Billy Joel classic 'She's Got A Way.' This unique arrangement gives a new feel to this special song. I always love when Chris covers a song and this incredible rendition one is no different. Somehow, he always manages to bring new life to the classics and his amazing vocals are the perfect fit for this one. And this addition of the piano sends this performance over the edge. I could listen to this guy all day long, especially if he keeps singing songs like this. What do you think of this performance?
