5-year-old Sophie Fatu is talented way beyond her years. She originally won our hearts when she belted out one of her favorite Frank Sinatra songs 'My Way.' Sophie became a viral sensation all over the internet. Now, this sweet girl is back with another amazing Sinatra classic and I think it might be even better than her first. Just listen as she beautifully sings "The Way You Look Tonight." This is an iconic Frank Sinatra song and just hearing it will transport you back in time. I just love how much passion she puts into each and every word. Sophie is very serious about her performance and it truly comes across. She's following her dreams and it's absolutely heartwarming to witness. I hope we continue to hear more from this pint-sized cutie!

Inspiring Choir With Message Performs 'Rise Up'

The B Positive Choir shared an inspirational message with their first audition on Britain's Got Talent. The choir is the official choir of the NHS Blood and Transplant department. These amazing people have made it their mission to encourage others to donate blood. Everyone in the choir either suffers from Sickle Cell or they have loved ones that suffer from Sickle Cell so they all know the importance of blood donation. Today, this wildcard act is back on the big stage with another incredible performance. Just listen as they beautifully belt out 'Rise Up' to continue to inspire the masses. There is so much talent and soul in this song that it's nearly impossible not to smile at this group. I'm so glad that got another chance on stage. What an powerful number!

Momma Elephant Wants Human To Sing Lullaby To Baby

Lek was helping out some tourists at the Elephant Nature Park take a picture when the elephant, Faamai, had a plan of her own. Faamai and Lek are very close and Lek even sings lullabies to the big animal. Now, Faamai wants Lek to sing to one of her special friends and she's not taking no for an answer. Just watch as this elephant nudges Lek while she's posing for a picture. Then, once she has her attention, Faamai guides Lek to the field where little Thong Ae is at. Faamai is very fond of this little friend and seems like she wants to adopt the baby elephant. So it's no wonder she wanted her human companion to come sing to the baby. It's such a sweet display of affection and love that will truly melt your heart. Aren't God's creatures just amazing?

Musician Serenades Room During Brain Surgery

31-year-old Taskin Ibna Ali was devastated when he started to lose the ability to play guitar. Ali is a musician and, about a year ago, he noticed that he was getting pain in some of his fingers. It eventually spread to his entire left hand and Ali was forced to stop playing guitar. That's when he sought the help of a brain surgery for a condition called 'guitarist dystonia.' This is a very rare condition and only affects around one percent of musicians. When it was time for Ali to begin surgery, the doctor wanted to make sure that the procedure was working. The doctor had Ali play guitar in the middle of surgery to check the mobility of his fingers. Just listen as Ali serenades the entire operating room in the most unique performance of his life. Thankfully, after surgery, Ali was able to regain the mobility in all of his fingers and he's hoping to continue his music career. What an incredible moment!

4th Grader Plays Piano Rendition Of 'Imagine' At Talent Show

Adam may only be in the 4th grade but it's obvious that this young boy is wise beyond his years. When it came time for his school talent show, he decided to perform a beautiful rendition of 'Imagine.' Just watch as he sits behind the piano and starts to belt out the words to this inspirational tune. I don't think anyone in the audience was expecting the performance to be quite this moving. I think there were more than a few tears shed during this number. And now, Adam's song is resonating all over the world as his video has gone viral with over 9 million views. I just love how he bows at the very end too. This young man definitely has a talent and I'm so glad that he was willing to share it with the world. Who else is in awe of this incredible boy?

Father-Son Duo Perform Duet On Britain's Got Talent

When we first met Jack and his dad, Tim, they were impressing us with their sweet duet on Britain's Got Talent. This 12-year-old has been singing with his dad since he was just 5 years old and their love for one another definitely comes through. In fact, their audition was such a hit that it earned the coveted golden buzzer from judge Simon. Today, this duo is back with another incredible performance and this one might even be better than their last. Just listen as they stand together and play their guitars as they sing a sweet melody. They've got the whole crowd clapping along and it's easy to see why they earned the golden buzzer the first time. I could listen to these two all day. Isn't it so sweet to see a father-son relationship like this?

Tiny Dancing Duo Delight With Ballroom Skills

Lexie and Christopher may be young but they have talent well beyond their years. The dynamic duo is competing in the semi-finals on Britain's Got Talent and they deserve every bit of their shot. These ballroom dancers move so fast that you may have a hard time keeping up. Just watch as they perform an elaborate number complete with backup dancers and multiple song changes. There are tons of spins and turns that I have to remind myself that these are just young children. I know it must take so much patience and hard work to perfect these skills but it's definitely paying off right now. These two are showcasing their talent on the big stage and there's no stopping them now. What an star-studded number!

Little Girl Says 'I Love You' To Mom For First Time

9 months ago, Nemili Johnson and her husband adopted their daughter Kavya. They knew that she had significant hearing loss and may or may not be a candidate for a cochlear implant. Nemili and her husband learned ASL to prepare, in case Kavya could not get an implant. But this sweet girl was a candidate and this amazing video shows the moment when Kavya's cochlear implant was activated and she was able to hear. That's when this little sweetheart turned to her mother and said 'I love you.' It was a heartwarming moment and every second of it was caught on camera. I know this is something that the family will never forget and now they get to relieve and cherish this for the rest of their lives. I could watch this on repeat!

The first time we met Sascha Williams, it started off as a boring audition. But once he got started on the Britain's Got Talent stage, this daredevil was anything but ordinary. The entire time, he had everyone on the edge of their seat waiting for his next gravity-defying stunt. Today, this thrill seeker is back for another performance and it's even better than his first. He definitely stepped up his game and when I saw the fire, I was holding my breath. And can you believe he even managed to play the guitar during all of this? 16-year-old Amy Marie Borg was a ball of nerves during her first audition on Britain's Got Talent. But she overcome the odds and gave a brilliant opera performance that blew the judges away. Today, this teen is back with an even more incredible number. Amy put her nerves aside and belted out some serious high notes with her latest performance. She looked so much more comfortable on stage this time around and it all came through with her big vocals. There is so much passion in her performance that you can't help but to smile during the song. With a voice like that, this young girl had nothing to be nervous about. Army Battalion Hold Newborn Daughter Of Fallen Soldier

A week after US Army Spc. Chris Harris learned that his wife, Britt, was pregnant, he was tragically killed in a suicide bombing. Harris was very close with his battalion and thought of them all as brothers, so Britt made sure to stay in contact with them throughout her pregnancy. Today, 10-week-old Christian Michelle Harris is meeting all of these gentlemen and they're all getting the chance to hold this sweet baby. It's a picture that truly touches a special place in your heart. Christian was born on the very day that her father was set to return home to Afghanistan and even though she'll never met her dad, she's surrounded by an incredible group that is sure to look after her. It's truly amazing to witness everyone come together for this newborn. She is going to be so loved.

Doctor Plays Ukulele For Little Cancer Patient

Dr. Paulo Martins is a doctor at the Hospital das Clínicas of Ribeirao Preto in Brazil. This special doctor is known for going above and beyond to make sure that his patients can find a reason to smile. Little Sophia is a patient in the pediatric oncology ward. She has a rare disease called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis. One day, Dr. Martins decided to bring in his ukulele to play for the older patients. But once Sophia heard the music playing through the halls, she had to find out where the sound was coming from. That's when Dr. Martins played a special song just for this sweet little girl and I think it totally made her day. It's not easy to go through cancer treatment but little moments like this can really help turn a patient's attitude around. A little bit of positivity can truly go a long way. What a blessing to see caretakers like Dr. Martins going the extra mile for patients.

Woman Climbs In Storm Drain To Save Ducklings

When a woman spotted some ducklings stuck in a storm drain, she knew she needed to step in and help. And she definitely went above and beyond to make sure that these sweet babies would be alright. Just watch as she jumps into the drain under the watchful eye of an officer. One by one, she brings the ducklings to the surface so that they can be reunited with their momma. Not a lot of people would've gone into a dirty storm drain to help out these babies, but this woman didn't let a little dirt scare her. She knew she needed to get these feathery friends back to their mom and that's exactly what she did. It barely took her a minute to save all of these trapped ducklings. I'm so glad that there are kind people in this world that aren't afraid to help out God's creatures. God bless this kind woman!

We first heard about Father Ray Kelly when a video of him singing at a wedding a few years ago went viral. Then, this talented priest decided to take his talents all the way to the Britain's Got Talent stage to perform R.E.M’s ‘Everybody Hurts’ . His audition struck a chord with everyone and he easily moved on to the next round. Now, this incredible singer is back for a soul-stirring rendition of 'Go Rest High On That Mountain.' From the very first note, I knew this was going to be another superstar performance. There's no doubt that Father Kelly has a God-given talent. This 64-year-old priest definitely has a voice and he's letting the whole world hear it. This priest brought the Lord to the stage and it's got me saying amen. What an incredible way to share the good news.

Opera Singer Hits High Notes With Fiery Audition

22-year-old Gruffydd Wyn Roberts definitely impressed the judges with his first audition on Britain's Got Talent. He currently lives with his nan, but this opera singer has some serious talent up his sleeve. During his first performance, he earned the coveted golden buzzer with his rendition of 'Nessun Dorma' by Puccini. He was so nervous at first, that Simon even had to stop him and get him to perform a different song. But Gruffydd overcame his nerves and now he's back for another incredible performance. Just listen as he sings the classic opera tune ‘Nelle Tue Mani’. Complete with flames in the background, Gruffydd really put his all into this number. There were no nerves around when he stepped on the stage and he seemed to hit all of those high notes with ease. I just love listening to his melodious voice and I'm so glad that we get to hear him again. Who else is rooting for Gruffydd?

8-Year-Old Helps Elderly Woman Climb Stairs

8-year-old Maurice Adams had no idea he was being filmed when he noticed an elderly woman crossing the road and trying to climb a set of stairs. He was in the car with his mother at the time and asked her if she could stop the car so he could get out and help the woman. On his own accord, Maurice walked up to the stranger and helped her up the stairs. The woman was also using a walker and this amazing young man knew she was struggling. Riley Duncan caught the entire act of kindness on his camera and knew he wanted to share it. It's not often that we see such selfless acts from our younger generation. I know a lot of people probably passed right by this elderly woman but Maurice decided to stop. This boy is truly an example to us all of helping our neighbors in need, even when no one is looking. As they reached the top of the stairs, the woman and Maurice hugged. I know this is a moment she won't forget.
