When Jesus died on the cross, that is true love. He gave His life to spare ours, because He loved us that much. We talk of Jesus' love... but to feel it. To know just how much the creator of the universe loved us.. that he would pay our penalty. I am not sure that any song could possibly convey that. However, I tried to show you how it feels. I pray that it moves you.

2015 Annual Veterans Day Celebration, Ochelata, Oklahoma. The Baptist church in Ochelata, Oklahoma holds a annual Veterans Day Celebration to celebrate local and area wide veterans. A wonderful event that I have personally attended and recorded for the "GraceTime archives".
This is a lyric video to a very powerful song. Through life we are faced with many temptations, alot stronger when we are less wise, young and vulnerable. The song is about finding the divine power within yourself to defeat negativity, in gods name.
September is the #WorldSuicidePreventionMonth. Although suicidal behavior can be prevented, more often than not, people with depression suffer in silence. Thus, it’s about time to openly talk about our mental health to eliminate the stigma associated with mental conditions. There is hope and help for you. Remember, you are not alone. You matter. You are loved.
It was truly a heart stopping moment captured on camera when a transit worker saves a passenger that falls onto the train tracks.
Everything changed from calm to panic in a matter of seconds for this train commuter. While waiting for the oncoming train, this passenger accidentally walked past the yellow line.
As he lost his balance, he fell right onto the tracks. Thankfully, a worker was nearby and he was able to quickly reach down and pull the passenger to safety.
All of this happened so fast that everyone was in shock. The security video reveals the terrifying moment as the oncoming train barrels down the tracks. The train was literally seconds from running over the passenger before he was pulled up.
The footage will have you on the edge of your seat as you watch this frantic worker effortlessly lift the man. His quick thinking truly saved the stranger’s life and that is a gift that can never be repaid.
Other commuters hardly had time to react before the entire situation was already over with. I know that this passenger was so thankful for the worker standing right beside him at that moment.
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, we can often forget the everyday dangers that surround us. This powerful video serves as a reminder to always be aware of your environmental surroundings and to thank God for putting people in the right place at the right time.
Who else was holding their breath the entire time?

It was a heartwarming moment when this Christian couple adopt an 18-year-old atheist who nearly gave up on finding a family.
Randall was abandoned at birth by his mother. He had no name and no family of his own.
After weeks of searching, Randall’s grandmother was located. He stayed with the elderly woman until her health started to decline. That’s when Randall was placed in the foster care system and shuffled around from home to home.
Sadly, the young man was never able to find a match and be adopted. Randall was a self-proclaimed atheist but after a string of different homes, he got down on his knees and started to pray. He said, “Lord, if You’re real, show me. Show me You’re real.”
During this same time, a Christian couple were compelled to adopt a child of their own. While many prospective parents look for newborns or young children, Casey and Peter were drawn to older kids.
Three days after Randall’s call to God, he met the couple that became his parents. As soon as he walked into Casey and Peter’s home, he felt an overwhelming sense of love and safety. Even the couple knew that this match was meant to be.
Casey said, “Allow the Lord to write your story because when He does, you are given blessings you can’t even begin to imagine.”
An instant bond was formed and, shortly after Randall’s 18th birthday, he was officially adopted. Now, he has a family and name of his own and a love that will last until the end of time.
A 5-year-old boy is getting his chance to shine as he joins a high school drum line.
Jeremiah Travis showed a talent for music at a very early age. In fact, his mother, Nicole Jackson, recalls how he would bang on anything he could before he was one.
A few years later, he was watching the local school band perform when he caught the attention of the band director, Chesteron Frye. “He was sitting in the stands just beating on the stands with some drumsticks.”
The director approached Jeremiah and asked him to play the drums. Shortly after, Jeremiah was invited to be a full-time member of the St. Helena College and Career Academy band.
The incredible kindergartner may be the youngest member of the band, but he always puts in one hundred percent. Chesteron told WAFB 9, “It’s mind-blowing every day. Every single day he comes in and every single day he works. His work ethic is through the roof for a 5-year-old.”
This pint-sized drummer has his sights set high and he hopes that drumming will continue into college. And with his incredible attitude towards music and performing, things are definitely looking bright for young Jeremiah. “He got all the dance moves, he knows all the cadences, he knows all the songs that we play, he comes in after he leaves the early learning center and he comes in and grinds just like us.”
What an amazing and inspirational 5-year-old. He’s not letting anything stand in the way of his dreams!
When your #dailydevotional cuts you to the quick. I was reading the weekend devotional in Tabletalk Magazine railing against opportunism and favoritism (only treating people well if you think they can do something for you). Turns out I am a brown-noser. Not only is this undesirable, it's a sin. #sinner #christian #iowa #saved #sanctification #christ #alittlemorelikejesus
On a plane from Chicago to New York, a talented high school choir gives an in-flight concert and serenades passengers on the plane.
The choir is from Plainfield North, a suburb of Chicago, and they are heading to New York to sing at Carnegie Hall. After meeting the choir, one of the flight attendants on the plane asked the students if they would like to sing a few songs acapella in the air. The students and choir director said that they would love to, and after the drink service, their performance started.
There were about 80 students on the plane. The music director stood in the middle of the aisle, so they were all able to see her while she was conducting them. When all their voices came together, it was quite a heavenly sound!
The second song that the students sang was ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love With You.’ This popular hit was originally recorded by Elvis Presley for his album Blue Hawaii in 1961.
“Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you?”
While the flight attendant is walking up and down the aisle filming the students, you can hear all the different harmonies the students are singing. It is a lovely and full sound, and something very special to see happen on an airplane. It’s not every day that passengers are treated to a concert in the sky!
The students in this high school choir are a dedicated bunch, and their hard work is being recognized by being asked to sing at such a prestigious place. I hope that their voices blessed those passengers on the plane and that they continue to brighten up people’s day with their music.
Six incredible Broadway voices come together for an amazing medley of classic Disney songs.
For 25 years, Disney shows have been a staple on Broadway. From classics such as The Lion King to new favorites, like Frozen, there is truly something for everyone.
Now, to celebrate this remarkable milestone, six Broadway vocalists, who originated their roles, are coming together to sing. Just listen as the lead performers from Broadway’s Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Tarzan, Mary Poppins, and Frozen sing a medley of our favorite Disney songs.
“Certain as the sun
Rising in the east
Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the Beast”
It’s hard not to join in as these talented women perfectly sing the lyrics to these nostalgic shows. And just when I thought that it couldn’t get any better, all six performers stand up and belt out the words to ‘Let It Go’ from Frozen.
“Let it go, let it go
Can't hold it back anymore
Let it go, let it go
Turn away and slam the door
I don't care what they're going to say
Let the storm rage on
The cold never bothered me anyway”
After 25 years, the Disney shows on Broadway are still some of the top performers. And when you hear these fan-favorite songs combined with out-of-this-world vocalists, you will understand why Disney is the leader in the industry.
I think we will be seeing Disney on Broadway for many more years to come. Have you seen any of the Disney shows on Broadway?
