It’s important to remember to let go of your stresses and worries.

It’s important to remember to let go of your stresses and worries. No matter what happens during the day, as early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don’t carry them through the night and into the next day with you. If you still feel the weight of yesterday’s stress, it’s a strong sign that it’s time to put the glass down

We're Going Home

I wrote this song one morning when I was thinking about going to Heaven. The bible is fulfilling fast and I don't think it will be long until our Savior, Jesus Christ returns to take us home.

'Thankful' Husband And Wife Duet To Josh Groban Hit

Talented husband and wife Scott and Ryceejo perform a beautiful rendition of ‘Thankful’ from Josh Groban. This song was originally featured on Josh’s 2007 album, Noel. Over the years, it has become a beloved favorite by many, especially around the Christmas season. The special words remind us all that there is so much in this world to be thankful for and all of these things come from our Lord in Heaven. “So for tonight we pray for What we know can be And on this day we hope for What we still can't see It's up to us, to be the change And even though we all can still do more There's so much to be thankful for” Today, the stunning a cappella duo of Scott and Ryceejo are lending their voices to this iconic tune. Scott and Ryceejo consists of husband and wife, Scott Shattuck and Ryceejo Nordstrom Shattuck. The two met in college and bonded over their mutual love for musical and performing. On their Facebook page, the couple said, “We feel that the internet needs more family-friendly, uplifting music. We spend hours on each song so that it is not only fun, but it also showcases our musical abilities.” Now, the pair uses their time to create beautiful songs that make us smile. They are joined by friend Dallyn Vail Bayles for this unique rendition of ‘Thankful.’ This is truly an incredible cover and you do not want to miss a moment of this a cappella performance.

"If you can't explain it simply... you probably don't understand it."
Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.

3 Brothers Sing Amazing Rendition Of 'Waiting On The World To Change'

The talented trio of The Melisizwe Brothers belt out the powerful lyrics of ‘Waiting On The World To Change’ on America’s Most Musical Family. This Nickelodeon competition features 30 families from all across the country with a gift for coming together to perform. Throughout the competition, we met many incredible families but The Melisizwe Brothers stood out above the rest. They impressed the judges every week and their performance from the finals is one you don’t want to miss. “Me and all my friends We're all misunderstood They say we stand for nothing and There's no way we ever could Now we see everything that's going wrong With the world and those who lead it We just feel like we don't have the means To rise above and beat it” Brothers Marc, Seth and Zacary have been singing together for years. In 2016, they posted a cover of ‘I’ll Be There’ from The Jackson 5 and the performance quickly went viral. It garnered millions of views and, suddenly, the brothers were thrust into the spotlight. From guest spots on Ellen and The Steve Harvey Show, all the way to Times Square, these brothers are sharing their musical gift with the world. Today, they’re competing for the title of America’s Most Musical Family as they belt out the powerful words of ‘Waiting On The World To Change’ by John Mayer. “So we keep waiting (waiting) Waiting on the world to change We keep on waiting (waiting) Waiting on the world to change” It’s obvious that these brothers have a gift for singing and I’m so glad that we have the opportunity to hear them share that talent with the entire country.

Angelina Jordan Wins Golden Buzzer With 'Bohemian Rhapsody' On AGT: Champions

13-year-old viral sensation Angelina Jordan returns to the Got Talent stage for a golden buzzer performance of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody.’ We first met Angelina back in 2014 on Norway’s Got Talent. She was just 7 years old when she was crowned the winner the entire season. Her powerful voice and unbelievable performances racked up millions of views online. Angelina is best known for singing classic jazz tunes such as ‘Fly Me To The Moon’ and ‘Summertime.’ With Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra as some of her favorite artists, Angelina always gravitates to the classic songs. Today, she’s back on the big stage as a contestant on America’s Got Talent: The Champions. The popular competition features over 40 acts from all over the globe. The list of contenders includes past winners, finalists and fan-favorites. And Angelina is proving that she is worthy of the grand title as she belts out a jazzy rendition of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ from Queen. “Too late, my time has come Sends shivers down my spine Body's aching all the time Goodbye everybody, I've got to go Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth” With a voice like that, it’s no wonder everyone is talking about Angelina. And her performance even struck a chord with the judges who all gave her rave reviews. “I feel like I am witnessing the birth of something really special, a star,” said judge Alesha Dixon. When it came time for Heidi Klum to add her comments, she stood up and pressed the golden buzzer sending Angelina straight through to the next stage of the competition. I am so glad that we will be hearing this talented vocalist again. What about you?

85-Year-Old Salsa Dancer Leaves The Judges Stunned On AGT: The Champions

Paddy, an 85-year-old salsa dancer, and her partner Nicko return to the Got Talent stage for another incredible routine that leaves the judges in awe. We first met this unlikely duo when they competed on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2014. At the time, Paddy was 80 and she made quite the splash as an energetic salsa dancer with her younger partner, Nicko. The entertaining pair finished in ninth place but they caught the attention of the entire world. We learned that after Paddy’s husband died, she decided to take up dancing lessons. That’s where she met her teacher, and now partner, Nicko. Today, Paddy is 85-years-old and she isn’t letting anything slow her down. In face, she is currently the Guinness World Record holder for the 'Oldest Acrobatic Salsa Dancer.’ We all know that age doesn’t mean a thing and Paddy and Nicko are out to prove that once again as contestants on America’s Got Talent: The Champions. Season 2 of this popular franchise features over 40 vetted acts from all over the globe. The list of contenders includes past winners, finalists and fan-favorites. Just watch as Paddy and Nicko flip and twirl all around the dance floor as the judges gasp and cheer along the way. From the very beginning, this entertaining routine took us on a roller coaster of emotion and I wouldn’t expect anything less from this fiery duo. I am so happy to see this pair on the stage again and I hope there is more where that came from!

Farmer Saves Baby Kangaroo From Australia Fires

A 24-year-old farmer and volunteer firefighter went viral after saving a baby kangaroo in the Australia fires. Shortly before the New Year, bushfires began to rage through New South Wales in Australia. The fires have already burned millions of acres and they continue to spread at a devastating rate. While firefighters and other workers tirelessly defend the land, many people have lost their homes and thousands of animals have been displaced or injured. YouTuber Sam McGlone was in his hometown of Braidwood, when the fires started to reach the area. As a volunteer firefighter, he immediately went to work and started to put out some of the smaller fires. He posted online saying, “My family and I have spent the last 10 days fighting fires around our town braidwood/ South coast! Saving animals, houses anything we can!” In a video posted on Instagram, Sam filmed himself finding a baby kangaroo underneath a log. He quickly wrapped the joey in a blanket and took it to a nearby veterinarian for care. But this heartbreaking video shows the sheer devastation and destruction that these fires are causing. “I went out today looking for injured wildlife. Everything is burnt badly the trees are dropping any leaves they have left! This should not be happing this time of the year! Massive healthy trees are falling down!! The ground is supper dry but now it’s super burnt. We really need rain.” Please keep your prayers on Sam and the thousands of others as they work to keep Australia safe.

SPOKEN WORD POETRY LYRICS:
Don’t let this matrix get the best of you.
Tell your detractors, haters and ops---shu shu,
Yall whatchamacallits mean nothing to me, you just a thingamijjipu
And never give up, cause deep inside of you, there’s a button that you press called renew Like the story of Job, yeah the biblical
They took his materials, financials and peoples , but he stayed spiritual
And got it all back cause everything is cyclical
Sometimes you fumble, but stay on the humble
Be comfortable, being uncomfortable-Keep your eyes on the prize, the visuals--keep moving - you gotta dream to pursue
A star was born when you came through the womb
So aim for the stars and you might hit the moon
Now you in the game so say ------ hey yo, coming soon!
Keep innovating, the world is waiting for you-Make bouncing back a new ritual -The creator told you to make all things new
Cause there’s something in you, that’s indestructible!
Spirit soul- do you - let’s go!

When I Found Jesus

Rex Blancett and I wrote this song about a year before he passed. It is a true story told in song about a man named John who had lived most of his life without Jesus and found himself living on the street, broke, alone with nothing. One day John accepted Jesus as his personal Savior and his life began to change. He later got a job, became sober and obtained a place to live, was reunited with his family and turned his life around. An example of what Jesus can do if you put him first in your life.
