Olympic Figure Skater Michelle Kwan Skates To 'Rise Up' From Andra Day

Check out this beautiful ice skating routine by Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan to the song ‘Rise Up’ by Andra Day. “You're broken down and tired of living life on a merry go round, and you can't find the fighter But I see it in you so we gonna walk it out, and move mountains, we gonna walk it out And move mountains, and I'll rise up, I'll rise like the day, I'll rise up, I'll rise unafraid I'll rise up and I'll do it a thousand times again, and I'll rise up, high like the waves I'll rise up in spite of the ache, I'll rise up, and I'll do it a thousand times again” This video was shot in December 2018 in Santa Monica, but it is just as uplifting and encouraging today as it was back then. The camera is following Michelle Kwan all around the ice as she is doing so many impressive moves. She looks so free as she skates around the ice with a big smile on her face. And the large crowd watching her claps and cheers throughout her performance. At the end of her ice skating routine, Michelle skates around the rink to thank her fans and gives them all high fives. “For me there has never been or will be anyone like Michelle Kwan on the ice,” comments on person on YouTube after watching the video. “The grace and fluidity is so beautiful, it never fails to bring tears to my eyes.” “Michelle Kwan is one of the best skaters ever. She was the one I watched as a kid,” writes another person online. “Seeing her go to the Olympics and win medals was phenomenal. Her skating is still so beautiful!” What a wonderful ice skating routine by Michelle Kwan, and we hope that you enjoyed watching this video today!

Amazon Delivery Driver Dances For Doorbell Camera

This Amazon delivery driver dancing for the doorbell camera really knows how to get down. But before the feet start stomping, the DJ has to cue the music. That’s exactly what happens in this video, minus the DJ. The music begins to play as we see an Amazon delivery truck parked in someone’s driveway. At the start, the Amazon employee is unseen as he is on the inside of the truck grabbing the resident’s package. When he appears inside the van and prepares to step down to the pavement, it’s as though we are getting ready for his performance. And not just any performance either. No, this performance is for those who can appreciate a good dance performance. He walks down the pathway leading to the porch. With the music playing, the path feels more like a runaway. He slows down his pacing as he starts doing the wave with his arms. He appears to be pretty content and may even be aware that he’s on camera. The young man slowly dances his way toward the door, seemingly glancing at the camera from time to time. Once he reaches the porch, the dancing doesn't stop either. Quite the opposite. The man puts the package down and goes into more energetic movement, doing what’s called the Shoot and other dances. He really does get busy on the runway as he starts back to the van. The man turns, hops, jumps, and does a great deal of bouncing. What makes the video even funnier, is that the man dances all the way back to the van and doesn’t stop. He gets inside of the vehicle and keeps the movement going. However hilarious the man is, he’s still quite talented. Not everyone can do what he’s doing and surely he’s no stranger to dance. And by the looks of him in this video, he is likely no stranger to an audience either. How cool is it that this man is enjoying his job so much? He’s found a way to mix exercise and his work, and he may even be doing this purposefully to bring a little joy to folks who are spending most of their time at home these days! Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." The Good News: No matter what you do, you are using the gifts that the Lord gave you. Colossians 3:23-24

Water-Loving Cat Acts Like One Of His Dog Brothers

Marlin, the water-loving cat, acts just like one of his dog brothers, and by his owner’s account, he’s pretty good. Marlin is a part of a decently-sized family, a number of brother dogs, owner Caroline Jarvis, and her partner. Marlin’s furry companions are a mix of different breeds and different sizes. Marlin himself is the smallest of the bunch. “When we first got Marlin he was like 5-weeks old. He just joined the pack. He really just thought he was a dog. He would do anything they did,” Caroline shared. “He watched them. He would drink out of the same water bowl and when we went to the beach he just was like, ‘They’re walking down the beach. I’m gonna walk down the beach.’ And the dogs would run in the water and touch the ocean and play around. So he would jump in the ocean and walk in there. It’s just what he thought he was supposed to do.” Marlin’s ability to blend into his dog family has been aided in large part by his curiosity and desire for companionship. He follows the other pets around and mimics their behavior. He’s definitely not on the outside, but very much an insider. Caroline remarked that after two days of having Marlin, he expressed curiosity with water. “We were like, ‘What the heck? This cat loves water,’” she commented. At her home, Caroline has steps leading down to a creek. Her pups are always eager to jump and play in the water, but Marlin’s curiosity led him to explore these steps one day. Then in he went, falling into the water. “We were like, ‘Oh my gosh!’” Though surprised, they didn't rush to rescue the kitten because as they saw, he didn’t need rescuing. “And we just let him swim,” she added. And swim Marlin did. Initially, he was swimming away from them, but after calling his name, Marlin easily turned back and swam to Caroline. The family takes boat trips at times, and Marlin stands just above the water, bold and unafraid along with his larger dog brothers. Caroline even drops Marlin off with her parents along with the dogs sometimes. And guess how Marlin enters the house--through the dog door, of course! Marlin may look very different, but he has definitely found a home among canines. And he’s definitely found a home in his human mother Caroline.

Men Of 2CELLOS Perform 'Livin' On A Prayer'

Rock goes classical when Bon Jovi’s ‘Livin’ On A Prayer’ gets a whole new sound from the men of 2CELLOS. 2CELLOS is a Croatian cellist pair made up of Luka Šulić and Stjepan Hauser. These two have performed all over the world with their incredible blend of original and cover songs. They formed in 2011 and became a household name when their YouTube covers started to go viral. Both men are classically trained but they also incorporate rock elements into their numbers. In 2015, 2CELLOS released a cover of ‘Thunderstruck’ on their album, ‘Celloverse.’ Once the music video was released, it immediately went viral. In fact, the YouTube video has over 140 millions now. Today, they are back with another incredible cover of Bon Jovi’s 1986 hit ‘Livin’ On A Prayer.’ It was an instant hit for the group and continues to stand the test of time as one of the greatest songs ever. So, it’s no surprise that 2CELLOS would choose this rock anthem for the next classical makeover. And as they hit that iconic chorus, it’s hard not to belt out the lyrics. “Woah, we're half way there Woah, livin' on a prayer Take my hand, we'll make it I swear Woah, livin' on a prayer” From the very start, I knew that this was going to be another viral hit for the duo. The string cellos mixed with the upbeat melody truly makes this performance one that you don’t want to miss. What song do you think these guys will choose next time?

Teen Sings Moving Rendition Of 'Can't Help Falling In Love'

Talented artist Madilyn Paige shares a message of love with this beautiful performance of Elvis Presley’s ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love.’ I think we can all agree that it doesn’t get much better than hearing an Elvis classic and ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’ is one of the best. This hit song was originally recorded in 1961 for Elvis’ hit film ‘Blue Hawaii.’ It skyrocketed to the top of the charts and spurred countless covers from artists all around the world. “Wise men say only fools rush in But I can't help falling in love with you Shall I stay? Would it be a sin? If I can't help falling in love with you” Today, Madilyn Paige is putting her own spin on this Elvis tune during a stunning live performance. Just listen as she belts out these words that we all know and love. “Like a river flows, surely to the sea Darling, so it goes, some things are meant to be Take my hand, take my whole life too Oh, for I can't help falling in love with you” On YouTube, Madilyn shared that she originally recorded this song during a 2020 live stream event. As the coronavirus spread across the world, it forced many people to remain in their homes. This online concert was a way of reaching others in time void of in-person concerts. “It meant so much to me to perform again and connect with some of the people that were isolated from friends and family. I chose to sing one of my favorite songs: Can’t Help Falling in Love. I felt that what the world needed more than ever, was love and connection.”

Inspiring Teen Performs Contemporary Dance To 'Free My Soul'

Watch this inspiring teen perform a beautiful contemporary dance to the song ‘Free My Soul.’ “I have walked many miles on my own, I am lost and I’ve been sinking like a stone But I have seen greener pastures through the dark, and I won’t stop till your love fills my heart Forgive me my imperfections, my only hope is to be with you, You have my complete devotion Please take the old me and make me new, and free my soul from chains that bind me Free my soul from my regret, where I go, I know you’ll find me, give me strength to fight again” This song was originally sung by Joseph Moore, but in this video, the singer is Maggie Scott. And the dance choreography and dance performance were done by Lizzy Sanfilippo. Both of these young women are very talented! “Amazing and beautiful. Love this wonderful cover!” writes someone on YouTube after watching the video. With both the wonderful dancing and lovely singing, this encouraging video is sure to brighten your day! And it is great to see these talented young women using their gifts as a way to shine God’s light into the world. The lyrics of ‘Free My Soul’ remind us that God is our strong foundation, and His unconditional and overwhelming love is what we need to get us through hard times. He breaks the chains that bind us, and we can find complete and total freedom in Him. May we always look to Him for our strength and find true peace and rest in His love. Romans 8:1-2 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.

Driver Fights Back Tears As Young Man Fulfills Dream Of Riding In A Lamborghini

This video practically broke the internet because kindness in the simple things goes such a long way these days! Watch as the driver fights back tears as a young man fulfills his dream of riding in a Lamborghini. I’m not crying. You’re crying. And so is the driver. In fact, the only person not crying is the passenger, Micul Gigant. Grab the tissues and be prepared to share this video with a friend or the world. It’s like God literally built a car catalog in the brains of some young children. By the time they’re two, they “Ooo” and “Ahh” over loud engines, chrome, and big wheels. Flash forward a few years and practically every car crazed boy and girl can tell you the make and model of nearly any vehicle that passes by. But the dream of most boys is to someday own a Ferrari, a classic Mustang, or even a Lamborghini. For most guys, they grow up and eventually buy their dream car that they enjoy for Sunday afternoon drives. But for Micul Gigant, owning a fancy car, much less driving one will never be a reality. He has a form of cerebral palsy, spastic quadriplegia. His hobby includes making videos like the one you’re about to watch. So, he decided to reach out to Andy Popescu on Instagram and tell the blogger who has a Lamborghini about his simple dream. Andy agreed to take Micul for a spin and what happens next is so gut wrenchingly beautiful. As Andy revs the engine, Micul lights up more than stars in the sky. As they continue riding around, Andy can’t help but feel Micul’s overflowing joy over something so very simple, a car ride. And Andy realizes just how blessed his life is. He has a body that is normal, he has a job, he has a business, and he has the means to buy luxury things. In that moment however, Micul’s joy blessed Andy more than anything else. He took to twitter later and posted the video with this caption, "The world can be a better place if you put yourself in the other guy's shoes, be empathetic.” Pass the tissue! Thank God for compassion, patience, and Andy’s willingness to give Micul a ride! “For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.” Galatians 5:13

Couple Married For 72 Years Reunite After Over A Year Apart During COVID

One couple that has been married for 72 years was finally able to reunite after spending a year apart due to COVID-19. Francis and Roberta Doiron have a love that lasts. And after 72 years together, the pair knows how important commitment is to a marriage. But due to COVID-19, Francis was unable to visit his wife in her nursing home, and the two have been physically apart for over a year. “I went there every day,” Francis says while being interviewed at his house. “I saw her from 6:30 in the morning to 6:30 at night. 7 days a week.” And the couple’s separation has been increasingly hard for them. “She’s losing her memory more often, because I’m not there,” says Francis about Roberta. But they have been able to use FaceTime over the last year to communicate, but it is still not the same as being in the same room as your sweetheart. “Hey Roberta!” Francis says enthusiastically as he uses FaceTime to greet his wife every morning. “Remember, I love you very much.” Thankfully, after a year apart, the couple is finally able to reunite in person! With both of them being fully vaccinated, the two were able to have such a sweet and emotional reunion at Roberta’s nursing home. And Francis can now visit her regularly. “I’m getting to hoping that once I get to see her more often, I can bring her memory back,” he says. And after sharing their first hug in a while and holding hands next to each other, Francis is hopeful about the future and things to come. “Things aren’t that bad,” he says. “There is a light at the end of the tunnel.” What a beautiful story of love and commitment. May God bless this precious couple as they continue to love and support each other, no matter what life throws at them.

Owner Finds Momma Chicken Keeping 3 Kittens Warm

Check out this owner who ends up finding his chicken being a momma to three kittens by sitting on them and keeping them warm. What an adorable and precious sight! A mother’s love knows no bounds. That is even the case in the animal world where different species are seen taking care of young that is not their own. It is like all mother’s know that babies should always be surrounded by love, warmth, and care. This instinct was seen in the momma chicken in this video, who did what she needed to do to keep those tiny kittens warm and safe. The owner probably heard soft and tiny meows where his chickens live and went to investigate. When he gets to the area, the owner pets the chicken and gets her to stand up in order to reveal what she is hiding. What he finds are three adorable kittens under her. How sweet is that! The kittens are so young and tiny, and they all look so content to be staying under the momma hen for warmth. And the sweet little meows coming from the kittens are enough to melt your heart! Even though their mother is nowhere in sight, they are still being taken care of. And how wonderful is that! You don’t have to be directly related to help shelter someone with love and warmth. Now isn’t that a lesson that we can all learn from. We hope that you enjoyed watching this sweet video of this momma hen taking care of these three little kittens, and it was able to bring a smile to your face today. Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.
