From the live "Saviour King" Hillsong album, Brooke Fraser Ligertwood singing the marvelous song "Hosanna", which she penned. I captured the images from DVDs of the annual live Hillsong concerts. While I love listening to the music on the corresponding Hillsong CDs, I really get more out of it by watching the DVDs. And while watching the Hillsong musicians themselves perform, the most special part is when the cameras focus on the audience and capture them in unabashed praise and worship. I feel a little bit like a voyeur, though. Anyway, sorry if some of the images are less than crisp; I just played the DVD on my laptop and used Alt-PrtScr to grab them.

From Alli Rogers' release entitled Why We Sing. Since I was a child this has always been one of my favorite hymns. It's very nostalgic to listen to it, which explains all the pictures of children in my video. I've heard many different renditions of this song over the decades, but this simple, straightforward arrangement is probably the best I've heard. Great job, Alli! He wrote the poem My Father's World based on these walks. After his death in 1901 his wife collected his poems and other writings and published them. The poem was then discovered by Franklin L. Sheppard and set to music, and it became a classic church hymn. The original poem contained 16 stanzas. Today only seven of the stanzas are commonly used, and the various h
Marianne is a Christian artist from Franklin, Tennessee. She is a wonderful songwriter and has a powerful, dramatic voice and plays the piano beautifully. This song is based on Deuteronomy 6:5 : "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength." I got choked up over and over as I was creating this video because I was so overcome by God's love for us and how He yearns for our devotion to Him.
From Chris' album "And If Our God Is For Us", a song written by Chris, Jason Ingram, and Hillsong's Reuben Morgan. When the song talks about following we naturally think of Jesus. But the lines "where you go I go, where you stay I'll stay" actually are words spoken by Ruth to her daughter-in-law Naomi in chapter 1 of the book of Ruth. Naomi's devotion to Ruth mirrors the devotion we should have to our Savior Jesus Christ.
