Cristina was at the peak of her modeling career when God spoke to her heart. At photo shoots Cristina would be uncomfortable with the kind of attention she was getting, it felt wrong somehow. “I would have to undress in front of people which became a moral dilemma, a heart issue for me,” she said. Cristina decided to quit just as she was about to come out on the cover of a major magazine. “Now I know when I get attention it’s because of inner beauty and that’s the kind of beauty I want,” she said.

I heard this song on a radio station that plays a lot of non-mainstream Christian music. The song blew me away. They didn't give the title or the name of the artist, but I remembered enough of the lyrics to track it down. The artist is Heidi King, and I assume she wrote the song. It's from a 2008 album called "Mystery". I was unable to find a single shred of information about Heidi. Anyway it's an incredible song, sort of a "Praise You In The Storm" kind of song. I love the phrase "I will praise You in advance for the victory". That's called faith. And trust.
Praise and thanksgiving to God do more than make us feel good.
