This is the sights and sounds of our last 1-2 days in Kalungu. We enjoyed spending time with another Mission Team from Zambia. We played games, had a fire with them, and took part in an amazing worship service. We did some last final touches of the fence before having a big farewell BBQ. The food was amazing, and we received many thanks & prayers from the FCE staff of Kalungu. We also received a very passionate and inspirational thank you from Brian Singoyi. It was tough for us to leave as we loved them as much as they loved us. We truly became family through this experience.

How Shall We Feed Them? is a book written to inspire churches and Christian organizations to establish or revitalize food pantries to be a blessing to their surrounding community and church body. This is from a talk I gave to my Church's Tuesday night prayer group. The topic was Self-Control or as it it sometimes referred to in sacred scripture Temperance. Temperance is one of the 9 fruits of the Holy Spirit. In the past few years I have lost over 300 pounds. The date of this recording marked a year of sobriety for me too. In the past year I have also quit smoking (a pack and a half a day) and stopped drinking coffee (about 80 ounces a day). Somehow, and I don't know how, I've become the poster boy for Self-Control. Along with the topic of self-control I also give my personal testimony. I apologize for the poor audio quality.
