Tanner, a 2-year-old Golden Retriever, was born blind with a slight seizure problem. After his owner died, the dog was forced into a shelter and due to the stress, his seizures got worse. His future didn't look promising...that is until his guardian angel came into the pictures. Blair was recovering from a gunshot wound and instantly became best friends with Tanner.
