Charlie was less than a week old when he was found abandoned and alone in a truck bed. A college student heard the poor baby crying and called the police. That's when Charlie was taken to an ER and Lorraine, a respiratory therapist, was waiting there to check him out.
Lorraine is a two-time breast cancer survivor and knew she would never have children of her own. Thankfully, other than being cold and hungry, Charlie was perfectly alright. But when Lorraine saw his sweet face, she knew this was the child her and her husband had been waiting for. 4 days later, Charlie went to his forever home.
