Check out this funny video of a bird perfectly cutting straight pieces of paper to give her tail feathers a makeover. Now this is something that you don’t see every day! This beautiful yellow and red bird is meticulously ripping perfectly straight pieces of paper and adding it to her feathers, maybe trying to spice up her look! “Somebody give her rainbow color paper!” comments one person online after watching the video. “Her mouth is like a typewriter moving the paper from one side to the other,” writes another person online as they observe the bird’s mannerisms. It comes as no surprise that birds do not have hands, but this little birdie is doing the best she can with what she’s got! And those strips of paper are cut so straight that it almost looks like it was done with a pair of scissors! What may be going on here is that the bird is sticking the pieces of paper into her feathers so she can carry more at a time. Kind of like how we load our arms up with many bags after a trip to the grocery story once we get home, so we don’t have to take multiple trips back and forth from the car to the kitchen. In the wild, birds are known to tuck sticks and leaves in between their tail feathers as a means to hold multiple things at once so they do not have to make multiple trips to their nest and risk losing perfectly good nesting materials. This may be what is going on here, or the bird may just be sprucing up her tail feathers with a little extra volume! Whatever the reason may be, the video made us smile. And we hope it was able to do the same thing for you today!

It was so meaningful to record with these superstars during #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth, especially since a portion of the proceeds from the song will be donated to Susan G. Komen in support of their mission to save lives from this disease. “Pink” is now available everywhere. Listen now and share it with friends!” The video starts off in black and white, with just the color pink being shown. Then at the end of the video when the song starts to build, the video turns into full color. The video also shows people holding up pictures of people that they love that were diagnosed with breast cancer. What a powerful song performed by such talented singers! “I am a 11-year Breast Cancer survivor and this song brought me to tears! Way to go, ladies,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video. “I pray there will be a cure soon so others don’t have to endure what I and others have had to. I am richly blessed to be alive today.” “What a beautiful and powerful song! As a breast cancer survivor and the daughter of a breast cancer survivor, every word rang true and brought tears flowing down my cheeks,” writes another person online. “What a beautiful song for Breast Cancer Awareness Month!! Thank you, ladies!” May we all pray for a cure to breast cancer and thank God for all those who have beat it!

Crumbs from the master's table
Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.

The servant is not greater than his lord
These things I command you, that ye love one another. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Check out these champion figure skaters defy gravity with their stunning routine! Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron are Olympic medalists and four-time figure skating world champions. The pair has been dancing on the ice together since 2009 when they were just 9 and 10 years old! In this performance, you can see them bending backwards with their hands delicately skimming the surface of the ice. Their moves are so graceful and beautiful as they glide across the ice so effortlessly. It is clear that Gabriella and Guillaume completely trust and support each other. After skating together for so long, the two have developed an incredibly strong bond. It is why they are able to do such complex moves and pirouettes as they spin together on the ice. “So incredibly talented,” someone comments on the Facebook video. “I could watch them for hours!” “They are surreal. Absolutely love them,” writes another person online. “Poetry in motion when you watch them compete.” The skaters are definitely mesmerizing to watch them, and their ballet-like moves are breathtaking. Their movements are beautifully expressive, and they make the whole thing look effortless!
