Ryan and Cole Hamil were taken up to heaven earlier this week when a tornado ripped through Piedmont, Oklahoma. They were both sucked out of the bathtub and thrown out of their house. Please, please keep this family and all the tornado victims in your prayers. Help if you can!!

This is an incredible story of never giving up! This cute and scrappy little dog not only got swept away by a tornado, he broke both of his legs and CRAWLED all the way back to his home. I am continually amazed at how smart dogs are and its no doubt God has put them in our lives for a reason! Thank you Lord for your wonderful creation!!!

UPDATE *The woman that screamed is NOT supporting the girl praying. She is currently pursuing legal action against the government for this occurrence* A student at Texas High School graduation opened the ceremony with prayer. As we all know, this is now unacceptable in schools because the Supreme Court now upholds the First Amendment requirement that there can be no public prayer in schools. The person who originally filmed this (it wasn't me, I found it on youtube) was highly offended and yelled at the girl praying. God bless this girl who stands up for Jesus Christ!!!

Tornadoes have been tearing through the heart of America causing tremendous tragedy and devastation. One of the many heartbreaking stories comes from the recent twister that devastated Joplin earlier this week. Don Lansaw gave his life to protect and save his young wife, Bethany Lansaw, when the tornado tore through their house. What an amazing story of selfless love and devotion, the kind of love that God calls us to. “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13 Bethany is a Christian and needs our prayers now more than ever. Please lift her and her family up to the One that can bring her peace, comfort and strength. Thank you Don for your amazing display of courage and love!
