De ce nu putem să decidem totdeauna când să fim violenţi şi când nu? Ce se întâmplă atunci când încercăm să ne controlăm numai comportamentul exterior?
De fiecare dată când vom încerca să ne reprimăm reacţiile violente, se va produce un simţământ de frustrare, care în timp ne va conduce să izbucnim neaşteptat, anulând toate eforturile depuse. Stăpânirea de sine este deosebit de importantă, dar pentru a o putea exercita cu adevărat, este necesar să tratăm violenţa interioară. În plus, atunci când suntem provocaţi în mod neaşteptat.
